    Without question, my interest in food started while living in Rome in 1983.

    The signature dish at Edward’s Restaurant is probably the Rigatoni Pasta with sweet Italian sausage.

  3. you cook on your night off:

    I usually will make a large salad with grilled chicken – something very simple. One of my favorite meals was during a very hot summer day, having lunch with friends in Rome, eating a pasta dish of spaghetti, fresh tomatoes and basil!
